JDI Contracts was born out of a desire to deliver quality interim managers, all who have 'been there done that', supplied from an informal network and at a no frills cost.

We pride ourselves in specialising in Interim Management roles within the FMCG, OEM and general manufacturing industries, at senior management level, in Operations, Engineering or Change functions.

The working domain has been predominantly the Manufacturing and Food & Drink industries, although our continuous improvement programs can be applied to almost any business.
